Grandma Bockholt's Visit

Grandma Bockholt came for a visit (ok, I guess its been a month now, so I suppose I am a little behind!) We had a blast with her here, and got to go on many new adventures, including a trip to Nashville!  Here is a glimpse of her trip here!

Feeding the giraffes at the zoo! This was a super cool experience. We had Hailey go first, and after the first piece of lettuce she was done... wasn't a big fan of that big long tongue touching her hand!
And Grandma's face says it all here... she could not feed that thing fast enough and it just kept inching closer and closer!
Went to see the Peabody ducks again, and they gave Hailey a free duck master cookie
Mud Island, which is a 1/2 mile scale model of the Mississippi River... and Hailey walked the whole way, down and back (a total of a mile) in the water. And complained for the rest of the day, and the next, that her feet hurt :)
Terrible picture, but we got to eat at the Aquarium restaurant! It was so cool, you are surrounded by a 200,000 gallon aquarium.
The pumpkin patch! We got to go pick our own pumpkins this year.
On the hay ride... she kept saying "this is the best hay ride ever!"
Picking the perfect pumpkin!
On our weekend trip to Nashville. We ended up going on the weekend of a big celebration, so we got to go into the Parthenon for free!
Nashville, standing over the river
Hailey and her new monkey which Grandma helped her make. This thing has pretty much become the fourth member of our family and goes everywhere with us!
Yeah. Really?
The Grand Ole Opry!
