Our New Home

As promised, I finally took some pictures of our new home. We love it so much here! This is the best move we have ever made, and we feel so blessed. And as I look at this pictures, they don't do it justice. There is a lot more space than it looks like. In fact, these pictures make the rooms look tiny. But you get the idea, since most of you won't get to see it ever! Oh, and please forgive the mess... I do live with a 2 year old!

This is the hallway right inside the front door. To the left is the garage, a utility closet, and a coat closet. To the right is another hallway. Sorry its sideways!
The living room
The rest of the living room, plus a sweet little girl :)
The kitchen
The dining room. I love all the windows in this house!!
This is the back of the house
Half of the backyard. It is a good sized yard.
The other half of the back yard.
Master bedroom
Master bathroom. Sorry the pictures are lousy, it was hard to take pics of the bathrooms.
Our HUGE walk in closet (you can't see most of it because one of the doors is closed)
This hallway leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the laundry closet. Plus a huge closet at the end.
The second bathroom
Hailey's room. We aren't in love with blue paint, but that's the way it is so we'll deal with it!
The office/sewing room
More of the office/sewing room

The laundry closet! Its so great that we no longer have our washer and dryer in our kitchen!!

More pictures from our Idaho trip!

Grandpa and Hailey meeting Sparky. She wanted to go see him so bad, but as soon as they got close she chickened out. Luckily, Grandpa was there to help :)
This is Hailey's new favorite song, thanks to Grandma and Grandpa teaching it to her. And we sing it every day now.
Grandpa helping Hailey play a game at the grand opening of the park.
Grandpa and Daddy helping Hailey fish
Going down the BIG slide all by herself! She was so brave.
Sharing some soda with Aunt Jamie
Grandma, Mommy, and Hailey went on a Nature Walk one day, and all Hailey wanted to do was walk back and forth over the little bridges
Grandma snuck into the shopping cart with Hailey. This pretty much made Hailey's day, she was ecstatic
Its blurry, but this is Hailey trying on some of Grandpa's hunting gear. Every time he put it on, she immediately yelled at him to take it off.
Hailey's new best friend, Billy. She loves this bear SO much.
Walking on the greenbelt with Grandma and Aunt Rachel
Grandpa made a big batch of pancakes to use as bear bait, so Hailey helped herself!

Ok, so this video takes some explaining. Sometimes my daughter is weird. I don't know where she gets it from :) So, one night when I asked her what she wanted for a snack before bed, she replied, "grass." What? While I was trying to figure out this strange child, Grandma goes outside and grabs a handful of grass just to see what Hailey will do. Well, she didn't do much, got kind of whiny, so Grandma dumped the plate of grass into the garbage. And Hailey lost it. I mean, completely lost it. So, here she is crying because Grandma threw away her grass. Like I said, weird kid...
Feeding the baby ducks... or at least pulling faces at them!
Uncle Daniel came to see us one day! We were so excited, its been a long time since we've been able to see him!
I have a wonderful mother who shared her photography talents with us and took our family pictures. Even though someone was super cranky and uncooperative, we got some great pictures!

This is classic Hailey. She loves to sing and make up her own songs. And when there is a piano available, well, its just that much better.

Even though Hailey no longer naps, I tried to make her at Grandma's house. And this is what she did.
