Pumpkin Patch

Last week, we had the opportunity to go to the pumpkin patch. We had a blast with hay rides, picking pumpkins, making scare crows, riding the kiddie train, and hanging out with good friends. Here are a few pictures we took to captures the memories:

Sporting the new Halloween pajamas from Grandma Bockholt!

Train ride!

Watching the train... he would not stay sitting in it so he enjoyed watching it go around from the sidelines :)

Friends!

Caleb's version of selecting a pumpkin: Pick one up, yell "ball!", chuck it across the field, and move onto the next one. Repeated many times :)

Hailey trying to decide which one was the perfect pumpkin

Finally settled on just one, though he is still sure it is a ball!

Family picture... which Caleb did not want to be a part of!

Told you. He hates sitting for pictures.

Couldn't figure out how to sit in it and make it go with his feet, so this was the best alternative. And he was furious when we went home and left it there. As I write these comments, I am beginning to realize how opinionated this little 15 month old truly is...

She loved pulling that scarecrow around in this wagon!

NICU Reunion 2014

Yesterday was a great day. We got to spend the morning at Baptist Women's Hospital for their annual NICU Reunion. It was such a wonderful experience to go back and remember the miracles we witnessed in Caleb's first ten days of life, and to see some of the amazing doctors and nurses that took care of that sweet baby. We got to see how much he has changed since being in the NICU, and spend some time as a family just having fun! So grateful we got to have this opportunity!

This boy wanted nothing to do with taking pictures...

Hailey loved the pony rides!

And Caleb hated them...

This was by far Caleb's favorite activity. Blaine literally had to climb in after him and drag him out!
